Amarli's big brother Bohdi and his dad Lee left Sydney for England last night with Lee's parents Barry & Sandra on their journey to Trek up and down Snowdonia Mountains in Northern Wales.
The original "Trek for Amarli" was created by Lee's cousin Stephen O'Callaghan to raise funds for Amarli's care.
From there the local Sydney to Wollongong Trek was created, inspired by Stephen's generous offer to climb Snowdonia's peaks non-stop up & down over 2 days in recognitions of the ups & downs of Amarli's life journey.
We plan on showing videos of their Trek on Sunday at Wisemans Park. Both Treks will be held simultaneously, although Bohdi & Lee's trek being in the northern hemisphere is a day behind us here in Australia.
We wish Bohdi & Lee all the best & look forward to posting news & images of their trek.
