An Update on Amarli 💜

In the lead-up to last weekend’s Trek, Amarli faced a tough challenge of her own.

Last Monday she was admitted to Wollongong Hospital and diagnosed with Rhino virus. For healthy kids this can be a setback, but for Amarli and other compromised children it’s a much bigger hurdle.

With the amazing care of the Wollongong Hospital Kids Ward and her Carers, Amarli has been stable on oxygen and in the best of hands. 💕

Meanwhile, her incredible parents Jade and Lee soldiered on with the Trek — showing the same resilience Amarli inspires in all of us. It wasn’t easy, with their hearts and thoughts constantly with Amarli, but they didn’t want to let anyone down.

This journey is full of challenges, but it’s also full of strength, love, and community spirit. Thank you to everyone who continues to walk alongside Amarli and her family — your support means the world. 💜
